Asset Guardian V4 is licensed by concurrent users. This is regardless of whether the user connects with the Desktop Client or the Web Client. You will receive a non-transferable Asset Guardian V4 Licence Certificate that grants the right to install Asset Guardian V4 products up to the number of seats listed on the certificate.
For each client connected to Asset Guardian V4, you need one licence. For example if you have 165 users on 140 PC’s, and at the busiest time 66 users are connected at the same time. You only need 66 Asset Guardian V4 licences.
