Classroom-based training

  • User Course: 2 days
  • Administrator Course: 3 days
  • Administrator Course delegates would normally complete User Course first
  • Minimum of two delegates required for all courses
  • Classroom-based training includes a full instruction manual

Online training

  • Online courses follow the same syllabus as classroom-based courses
  • Combined User and Administrator courses include 18 modules
  • Modules delivered online with a consistent look and feel
  • Our Learning Management System helps manage and monitor staff training progress
  • One year licence available for CBT training, based on the number of users
