Stephanie Calder appointed CEO of AGSL

Edinburgh, Scotland – 11 June 2024 – Stephanie Calder has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Asset Guardian Solutions Limited (AGSL), a leading innovator in protecting Industrial Automation and Control Systems software.

Calder joined the company in 2022 as Chief Commercial Officer and has been instrumental in propelling the company to the next stage of growth over the past two years.

With her extensive experience and leadership skills, Calder is the perfect fit to lead AGSL and will undoubtedly bring fresh perspectives and drive innovation to further enhance the services provided.  She will succeed outgoing CEO Ewan McAllister, who will remain as Chairman and transition to a financial role within the company.
