Introduction to role
The successful applicant will have experience as a control and automation systems professional and/or have a background in computer programming and IT, and who is looking to expand their skillset whilst playing a key role within an innovative and expanding global company.

Role Responsibilities
As part of this role, you will be trained to implement the Asset Guardian software and understand the benefits it provides to discipline engineers of Blue Chip companies when carrying out tasks associated in the managing and configuration of process critical software.

Using your expertise, and implementing this software tool, you will ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements within this ever evolving discipline.

You will be responsible for formulating design specifications for product installations and customisations, whilst providing a valuable consultancy service relating to our client’s products.

You will customise and configure software using administrator tools and assist our clients with the installation of software. Additionally, you will provide lifelong technical support, including delivering training on the company’s software solutions.

Finally, you will play a large part in developing new features for our existing products and will be involved in developing whole new products and modules.

Person Specification
To be considered for this role, you should have:
– A degree in engineering, science, computing or a related discipline
– Experience in programming
– Experience with SQL databases
– Experience in Control Systems Engineering would be advantageous, but not mandatory for the right candidate willing to learn
